Results season

The results season of the first quarter of this year is slowly coming to an end.

Of the companies, I was probably most pleased with $AAPL, which showed its strength and dominance again. However, I was also surprised by the results of $AMZN, the stock of this company climbed up after the results, but then fell down again. And I must not forget $PLTR whose shares saw a nice rise after the results report.

Alternatively, you can write what company surprised you pleasantly/unpleasantly with its results and if you bought any shares.

I liked the $MSFT results and the subsequent market reaction was nice too. Our price broke the $300 mark after a year and seems to be holding up decently. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait to buy. I'm still waiting on $HIMX tomorrow, I like the companies results so far and it's clear that even in a crisis, companies are capable of higher returns.

Certainly $MSFT had nice results, but I wouldn't mind if the price got lower so I could buy in.

The results were nice. They beat estimates even in the $SPY index itself. That's good, but it only moved prices for a while and at the individual stock level. The indexes still don't know.
