For me the REITs that have been mentioned here are definitely banks like $BACmaybe $CVS $CAT.

I like the European market better. However, I mostly follow Polish PKN Orlen $PKN.WA and Czech banks, which have very nice yields.

Orlen I can only agree, I have it in my portfolio and Czech banks. :)
