Kernel Holding S.A. is a Ukrainian holding company specializing in agriculture. Founded in 1994 by Andriy Verevskyi, the company is the largest producer of sunflower oil in Ukraine and one of the leading global exporters of sunflower oil, with its products supplied to over 70 countries. It is also involved in grain cultivation, storage, and distribution. In 2007, the company listed its shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2023, it announced its intention to delist from this exchange. The company's headquarters are located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
